Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Givlo.dk’s (“we”, “us”, “our”) online services (“Services”) provided through the website https://www.givlo.dk (“Website”). Any person using the Services (“you”, “your”) is deemed to have accepted these Terms by using the Services or by continuing to use the Services after being informed of changes to the Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide a platform where you can browse advertisements that are both aggregated from various third-party websites and advertisements posted directly on our Website. To gain full access to all features, advertisements and the ability to contact advertisers, you must subscribe to our Verification. 

2. Subscription and Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To gain full access to the Services, you must subscribe to our Verification, which includes a 2-day trial period for DKK 5 and is thereafter automatically renewed for DKK 99 every 14 days. The subscription becomes active immediately upon payment and during the trial period provides access to all features and advertisements.

2.2 The subscription is automatically renewed every 14 days unless cancelled. You may cancel the subscription at any time via your account settings, except during the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

2.3 Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

2.4 All payments are processed securely. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

2.5 In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you ordered a service and received information about the right of withdrawal and the contractual terms. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has begun with your explicit consent. Our Services take effect immediately upon completion of payment. By completing the payment, you expressly request the immediate commencement of the service and thereby confirm that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

2.6 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. You will be informed of any price changes by email at least one (1) month before they take effect.

2.7 You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are correct and that sufficient funds are available. In the event of repeated failed payment attempts, we reserve the right (but are not obliged) to restrict or terminate access to your account. The obligation to pay nevertheless remains. If a payment card expires or is blocked, we may make additional payment attempts for a period depending on the reason for the failed payment.

2.8 All prices on the Website are stated in DKK and include VAT. Available payment methods include, among others, VISA and Mastercard.

2.9 You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription. Instructions are available in our FAQ. A cancellation request sent by email is not automatically considered a valid cancellation. If you require assistance, you may contact us at support@givlo.dk.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

3.2 You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that may damage, overload or impair the Website.

3.3 You must not interfere with the security or operation of the Website.

4. Content and Advertisements

4.1 We collect advertisements from third parties and also allow users to post advertisements directly on the Website. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of such content.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We strive to keep the Website and Services available but cannot guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance or technical disruptions.

5.2 We do not guarantee that the Services are free from interruptions, errors or disruptions.

5.3 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages or losses arising from (temporary) unavailability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
